This is the agreement between CourseworkHQ and a school. It is shown in full, with the Data Processing Agreement at Schedule 1 beneath it, on the page where someone accepts on a school's behalf when the school applies for a trial — and the version of each, together with a word-for-word copy, is recorded against that school. Individual teachers and students are covered by the End User Terms instead, which do not bind their school to anything.

Rendered from the single source the accepted copy and the Word version are generated from, so this page cannot drift from what a school actually agreed. The version shown at the top of this page is the current one, and under Section 11.5 the current version is the one in force. The version a school accepted, and a word-for-word copy of it, stay on that school’s own record as evidence of what it was shown on the day — which is why a change here does not ask any school to sign again. What may change without agreement, and what may not, is set out in Section 11.5; every change is listed below.

The dated register Section 11.5 commits us to keep. Newest first. Each entry says which tier of Section 11.5 the change was made under, because that is what decides what a school was owed: publication here alone, thirty days’ notice, or notice with a right to object and to leave with a refund. Changes to the sub-processor list have their own register and their own notice period.
